Our Initiatives

B'more Fit

The weekly B’more Fit for Healthy Babies program offers Take Off Pounds Sensibly (TOPS) weight-loss support and wellness education, group exercise classes led by professional trainers, tips on budgeting and food preparation, and much more. 

B'more Fit for Healthy Babies is offered to women who receive government assistance. Childcare and transportation are provided on a first come, first served basis.

Women with children under age 5

Upton/Druid Heights (English speaking)

Mondays: 6 pm - 7:45 pm (childcare check-in starts at 5:30), Druid Family Center YMCA, 1609 Druid Hill Avenue
