The weekly B’more Fit for Healthy Babies program offers Weight Watcher counseling, group exercise classes led by professional trainers, tips on budgeting and food preparation, and much more.
B'more Fit for Healthy Babies is offered to men and women who receive government assistance. Childcare and transportation are provided on a first come, first served basis.
