B'more Fit for Healthy Babies for postpartum women - A free weight loss/exercise program for women who receive public assistance and have young children. Offered in Spanish in Highlandtown and in English in Upton/Druid Heights. The free weekly program offers Take Off Pounds Sensibly (TOPS) counseling, group exercise classes led by trained professionals, and much more.
