B'more Fit for Healthy Babies for postpartum women - A free weight loss/exercise program for women who receive public assistance and have young children. Offered in Spanish in Highlandtown and in English in Upton/Druid Heights.  The free weekly program offers Weight Watchers counseling, group exercise classes led by trained professionals, and much more.  Childcare and transportation support provided as available.  For information about meetings click here.

B'more Fit for Healthy Babies for men and women - A weekly weight loss/exercise program for men and women 18 years or older who receive public assistance. The weekly program is held at the Zeta Center, 4501 Reisterstown Road, in Park Heights starting at 6 pm.  The program offers Weight Watchers counseling, group exercise classes led by trained professionals, and much more. Childcare provided beginning at 5:30 pm on a first come first served basis. $1 per session (a $50 retail value).
