Orders can be picked up from the Baltimore City Health Department, Maternal & Child Health Division, 1001 E Fayette Street. Once submitted, please arrange pick up with Amy Secrist at amy.secrist@baltimorecity.gov.

 

If it is difficult for you to pick up your delivery, please email Paula Stauffer at pstauff1@jhu.edu and we will try to arrange to have your delivery mailed.
